In order to accelerate vaccination, Hyogo Prefecture is aiming to inoculate 1,000 people a day at large-scale inoculation venues in Nishinomiya City and Himeji City from the 21st of this month.
In addition to local doctors, dentists will also be vaccinated, and workshops were held in each city on the 13th.
Of these, in Nishinomiya City, 55 local dentists participated, and doctors with abundant experience in intramuscular injection taught them how to hold a syringe and where to hit it, and after confirming that the drug solution was contained, they could inject. , I was instructed to prevent mistakes, such as disposing of used items immediately.
After that, in pairs, we injected syringes containing saline into each other's arms to check the sensation.
A male dentist in his 50s who participated said, "I give injections into my mouth during medical treatment, but I have no experience with intramuscular injections, so I was trained and gained confidence."
