The Emirates in the Security Council .. What does this mean?

The Security Council is one of the organs of special importance, apart from the various organs of the United Nations, and its importance stems from the responsibilities entrusted to it, by the body, in maintaining international peace and security, and the broad powers granted to it to achieve this responsibility, and in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, the Security Council, It is the only international body authorized by the countries of the world to maintain international peace and security.
In order to understand the importance of the Security Council, and its vital role in preserving the security of the planet, it is necessary to go through the powers granted to it in the Charter, which were signed by all the countries of the world that accede to the United Nations, and it is considered one of the broadest and most comprehensive competencies, compared to other organs of the United Nations body.
The Security Council is responsible for maintaining international peace and security, in accordance with the foundations and purposes of the United Nations. It examines any dispute or situation that may lead to an international dispute, issues recommendations for ways to settle this conflict, or conditions for settlement, and formulates plans to establish a system for regulating armaments. Determining what may constitute a threat to peace, or be an act of aggression, and recommending what should be taken against this threat or act of aggression.
The Security Council has the power to call on members to impose economic sanctions, and any other measures that do not include the use of force, to prevent or stop the aggression, and the use of military force against the aggressor as well, if it deems so!
From here we can determine the importance of the UAE obtaining a non-permanent seat on the Security Council, especially as we live in a fiery world, full of disputes and conflicts, and full of challenges, a world that needs wisdom and wisdom, and needs minds governed by logic and calm, and believes in peace, stability, and coexistence among human beings. And spread love among peoples, and this is what the UAE is good at, which has a great balance of distinguished international relations based on mutual respect, mutual trust, and non-interference in the affairs of others.
The UAE in the Security Council, is the title of a new phase of Emirati diplomatic success and excellence, a phase whose priorities are based on spreading and strengthening international peace and security, and stimulating quiet diplomacy supported by strengthening the economy, competitiveness and social and economic development. The UAE will always remain an oasis of security and peace, and it will continue to support world peace, and reject violence. Terrorism and conflict in all its forms.
