Before and after the Dragon Boat Festival, the village has continued the custom of night dragon boat races. "Since ancient times, the dragon boat race has been unique to the Sanxi Night Race" and it has become a unique local scenery.
The dragon boat race at night is a traditional Dragon Boat Festival custom that has been followed for more than 600 years.
The Sanxi Village Night Dragon Boat Race lasts from the first day of the fifth month of the lunar calendar to the day of the Dragon Boat Festival.
