There were 2 newly imported confirmed cases in the province, 1 case was reported in Guangzhou, from Niger, and 1 case was reported in Shenzhen, from South Africa.
In addition, 2 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad were transferred to confirmed cases, Guangzhou reported 1 case from Cambodia; Zhongshan reported 1 case from UAE.
10 newly imported asymptomatic infections were newly imported, Guangzhou reported 4 cases, from Bangladesh, Cambodia, Libya and Zambia; Shenzhen reported 4 cases, 3 cases from South Africa, 1 case from Thailand; Dongguan reported 1 case from Maldives; Zhaoqing reported 1 case from Mozambique.
8 new cases were discharged.
As of 24:00 on June 11, a total of 2,605 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (1,065 imported from abroad) have been reported across the province.
There are currently 182 cases in hospital.
