Two people were injured in the magnitude 5.1 earthquake in Shuangbai, Yunnan

　　China News Service, Kunming, June 11 (Han Shuainan) At 19:46 on the 10th, an earthquake of magnitude 5.1 occurred in Anlongbao Township, Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province.

The Chuxiong Prefecture "6.10" Shuangbai magnitude 5.1 earthquake disaster relief headquarters notified that as of 10:30 on the 11th, no reports of deaths had been received, 2 people were injured, and 2,669 houses in Shuangbai County were damaged.

　　According to reports, the macro epicenter of the earthquake was located near the Fanian Village Committee of Anlongbao Township, Shuangbai County, and Anlongpu Township and Damaidi Township were seriously affected.

At present, the two wounded have been sent to Shuangbai County Hospital for treatment.

Nine (sections) national and provincial roads, county and township roads were damaged due to the disaster; the main engineering facilities of 115 small and medium-sized reservoirs including dams, spillways, tunnels, and gates were normal, and other facilities were partially damaged by the earthquake. The disaster situation is under further verification.

　　After the earthquake disaster occurred, Chuxiong Prefecture promptly initiated the earthquake emergency response level III, established an earthquake relief headquarters, organized and carried out the earthquake relief work, the emergency response fund of 1 million yuan issued by the state finance has been allocated to the disaster-stricken towns in time, and tents have been urgently transferred to the disaster areas. 500 tops, 2379 quilts, 1,100 coats, 700 sets of clothes, 1,000 folding beds, 1,000 mattresses, 1,000 bedding sets, and 25 tons of rice.

There were 3420 rescuers, 77 vehicles (including 2 ambulances) and 3 rescue dogs.
