Relying on the research power of universities and the existing professional level in universities to help our inheritors of intangible heritage in Gansu carry on intangible heritage inheritance work.

The reason why most inheritors are not able to accept the Internet is that they are not too concerned about what benefits they can bring after contacting the Internet, or how the Internet can fully respect the inheritors. He cannot feel this kind of thing, so he is not too concerned about contacting the Internet. Hopefully, this is mainly to help inheritance train more educated and outstanding new non-genetic inheritors, cultivate a group of new Internet celebrities, and allow inheritors to broadcast their intangible cultural heritage projects live.

[Explanation] Mencius, a member of the Gansu Provincial Intangible Heritage Protection Expert Committee and a professor at Northwest Normal University, said frankly that the current non-genetic inheritors are generally older and most only speak dialects, so rescue protection of intangible cultural heritage that is on the verge of loss is needed. The college students come from various regions and master various local dialects to facilitate communication, shooting, and even inheritance with local inheritors.

It is actually a very good activity to use the extensive campus to arouse everyone’s interest, because many inheritors speak dialects. For example, if you go to an ordinary person, you still don’t understand the dialects of a college student, but college students come from anywhere. There are cottages, villages, villages, and cities. If these people are brought back, he will go back and record the inheritors in their villages, regardless of whether they are at the county, provincial, or city level. People at the national level and even the United Nations have provided great convenience.

[Explanation] It is understood that during this period, the Gansu Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Education Research Institute was also established in the school.
