Amalia passed her final exam cum laude, according to the Government Information Service.
The seventeen-year-old princess received the news on Thursday afternoon.
Someone has passed cum laude when the average of the final grades is 8.0 or higher, unrounded.
It is not known with which figures Amalia succeeded.
"I just got a call with the news that I passed! I want to congratulate all other graduates and wish other students good luck with any resits in the second period", the princess writes on Instagram.
Amalia attends the gymnasium at the Sorghvliet in The Hague and has previously stated that she considers the chance small that she would fail.
She was in good shape, she said on King's Day.
"It's a lot of learning and blocking and in hopes of blessing that they ask questions I've learned."
Her series of exams started with math.
The princess will not immediately start studying after the summer holidays.
She first takes a gap year, during which she wants to travel.
"I want to discover the world, do things that I may not be able to do in twenty years."
