Revisiting the film "State Border", just the day before I came to a series dedicated to the post-war struggle against Bandera gangs in Western Ukraine. “Your Ukraine is in Munich,” wheezes a tortured Soviet officer before being burned alive at the stake. The message is clear: there, in Germany, where the grave of your political guru is, the origins of your ideology - Nazism. Filmed in the 80s of the last century, the tape was intended to tell the generation that did not know the war, the terrible historical truth. Who would have thought that less than half a century later, Nazism would become an informal state ideology in Ukraine? And he did.

There is no other way to interpret the law on "indigenous peoples" introduced in May to the Verkhovna Rada personally by Vladimir Zelensky. Or, more precisely, about the exclusion of the Russian and other peoples from the indigenous peoples of Ukraine. This is the wording contained in the statement of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, adopted on June 8. Russian parliamentarians consider the very fact of the legislative initiative of the President of Ukraine as a "blatant provocation" and preparation for total assimilation - Ukrainization of the still multinational Ukraine. Looking at what is happening for the seventh year in the Donbass, you understand what the methods of this assimilation may one day become.

We are talking about the exclusion from the list of privileged "indigenous" peoples of all, except for Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars, Karaites and Krymchaks. This means that Russians, Belarusians, Hungarians, Jews, Poles, Bulgarians, Armenians, Moldovans, Greeks and other peoples who have lived in Ukraine for centuries have come under the distribution. They will lose the right to study in their native language, communicate fully, and create their own media. In its repressive nature, this is close to the introduction of the status of a non-citizen in Latvia. If earlier a common sign of both countries was only external piety to Nazism (marches of SS veterans walk in Riga, fans of the SS Galicia division in Kiev), now in Ukraine they will openly repress "wrong" Russians.

"A kind of consolidation of the superiority of the titular nation at the legislative level or another step towards the revival of the ideology of Ukrainian Nazism is proposed," Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma's international affairs committee, formulated the essence of Zelensky's bill. “We must not allow even a hint of the possibility of a repeat of the brown plague epidemic in the 21st century in the very heart of Europe.” According to him, the Russian delegation will certainly raise this issue at all inter-parliamentary platforms. And first of all in the PACE and the OSCE PA. For the second time in history, Europeans will have a chance to nip Nazism in the bud. Wouldn't miss.

It is gratifying that there is complete unanimity among Russian statesmen on this issue. The Russian Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe Ivan Soltanovsky has already announced his intention to achieve a reaction from the Council of Europe. The position of our diplomats was outlined by Maria Zakharova: “The signal of Kiev is clear to the population: your nationality, nationality, people have their own state - do not claim equal rights with the“ Ukrainian ”nation and know that at any time you will go to the place of geolocation of your“ national ” state ". Now Europe will not get away from the responsibility for long-term indulgence in Kiev.

Looking from Brussels, from Strasbourg, it is more and more difficult not to notice the neo-Nazi drift of the Ukrainian government.

Just the other day Kiev was visited by a group of French senators who were able to personally see the scale of the phenomenon.

And even to record on video how in the center of the Ukrainian capital they freely trade in Nazi symbols and documents, as well as recruit people into radical right-wing military units.

The politicians sent a request to the French Foreign Ministry, in which they asked what measures their diplomats were taking to curb the spread of "deadly ideology."

Alas, so far if anyone is taking such measures, it is not Paris, but Moscow.

It is clear that in a free country various forces and neo-Nazi organizations are only part of the political spectrum.

But we are talking about a trend.

Their share, influence over the two years of Zelensky's presidency did not decrease, but increased.

The hope of the Ukrainian voter that the former comedian would end the war in Donbass was not destined to come true.

On the contrary, the initially completely herbivorous Zelensky was infected with the Nazism virus and now broadcasts it in the most dangerous form for the future of the country (and millions of people) - in the form of laws establishing systemic rules for repressing unwanted citizens.

No laughing matter.

There is nothing left but to say: "Zelensky Kaput".
