The National Defense Office and the Ministry of Emergency Management will discuss the deployment of heavy precipitation weather prevention and response work.

  According to forecasts by the Meteorological Department, from June 9 to 10, there will be convective weather in North China and Northeast China, and there will be local short-term heavy rainfall in Liaoning, northern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, and central and northern Hebei.

From the 9th to the 11th, there were moderate to heavy rains and local heavy rains in the southwest region to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

According to a report from the water resources department, due to the rainfall process, some rivers in Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places will experience a process of flooding. Some small and medium-sized rivers in the rainstorm area may have over-alarm floods. In the future, the upper mainstream of Heilongjiang will be called The Tunjiang section from Mazhi to Shengli will be over police.

According to the natural resources department's forecast, geological disasters are more likely to occur in parts of western Guizhou and southeastern Yunnan.

  The meeting emphasized that the scope of the heavy precipitation process is wide, and the intensity of local short-term precipitation is high. North China will usher in the first heavy precipitation process this year. All levels of prevention and control should be highly valued, and prevention and response should be organized carefully.

It is necessary to strengthen consultations and judgments with the meteorological, water conservancy and natural resources departments, do a good job of risk forecasting and early warning, focus on the risks of small and medium-sized rivers, floods, mountain torrents, and geological disasters.
