On June 7, the exhibition hall "Fan Changjiang and Chongqing" was officially opened.

"Fan Changjiang and Chongqing" exhibition hall covers an area of about 540 square meters. The furnishings are divided into five parts, including Fan Changjiang’s memorabilia and newspaper wall, Fan Changjiang introduction, Fan Changjiang and Chongqing, Fan Changjiang’s contribution to journalism, Changjiang Taofen prize.
More than 10,000 characters, 87 pictures, 3 photocopies, 10 original works of Fan Changjiang, 24 other books, 25 other physical objects, 1 bronze statue, 1 relief, and 1 documentary are exhibited.

Fan Changjiang is a well-known journalist in China, and he has an important position in the history of modern Chinese journalism.
Every November 8th, the day he founded the "China Young Journalists Association" is designated by the State Council as the "Chinese Journalists' Day".
The "Fan Changjiang News Award" named after him is one of the predecessors of the Changjiang Taofen Award.
Fan Changjiang studied in Chongqing, joined the party, and got married, and he had an indissoluble bond with Shancheng.
