As I mentioned in an article yesterday about preventing a citizen from traveling because of a municipal violation worth 1000 dirhams, the issue is not personal, the phenomenon is general, and many people have suffered, and this is what I noticed through the many reactions I received about the article.

One of them, and his story is strange and surprising, he says, “I was prevented from traveling, my family and I because of a traffic violation worth 200 dirhams, and another because of 500 dirhams, and many of them went through the same circumstance and the same embarrassing difficult situation.”

As the reactions continued to tell similar stories and situations, all of which occurred at the country’s airports, there were many other contacts, inquiring and questioning about the airport and the municipality concerned with the violation, and here I would like to emphasize that this information is not the basis of the problem, and it will not help in finding a solution to it, even if it was This information is useful when I neglected to mention it in the previous article. The important thing is that this procedure exists in all the emirates of the country, and the most important thing now is the movement of the concerned authorities to find a solution to this problem, as it is not in the interest of anyone to cause serious harm to citizens because of small amounts, and it is not in the interest of anyone Keeping this procedure in its current form and form, as it is never commensurate with what the UAE has achieved, whether in developing smart government services, or in providing means of well-being for citizens, and making them happy in every step they take, and in every place they enter the country.

Personally, I fully believe that this procedure does not constitute a rule in government work in the Emirates. The public has never used this bureaucracy, nor was it used to this intransigence in implementation, and I think that despite the existence of a decision to ban travel in such cases, any official could have It is an alternate to solve such a problem, as the law is not a house from heaven, and adopting the spirit of the law is sometimes more important and better than applying the law. I also think that an executive at an airport cannot be blamed, reprimanded, or punished because he allowed a citizen’s family to travel despite the presence of a traffic violation Or a municipality worth 1,000 dirhams or more, I never imagine that this would happen in the Emirates!

From here we can ask the executive authorities at the state’s airports to act and try to find internal solutions, through which they make it easier for travelers, especially citizens, who are exposed to difficult situations such as travel bans due to low amounts, and in a way that does not cancel the right of the concerned authorities to claim their rights later, such a procedure is undoubtedly In that it will greatly help in solving this problem, even if temporarily, until a clear law is issued that eliminates this phenomenon completely, and puts effective and comfortable solutions for all parties.
