On the last day before the college entrance examination, in the Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, the senior high school candidate Chen Ruilin came to the centralized review point early to review his homework as the previous few days.

After reading the exam room yesterday, with stable grades, he repeatedly flipped through the previous mock test papers. The dense red and blue handwriting filled every blank of the test paper.

"In the first two days, we simulated the college entrance examination time for the last simulated test, the purpose is to let the children have a fuller grasp of the journey time. We do not organize learning at night, but the children are still working hard. In fact, the teachers don’t want them to be too stressed. , Do your best.” Li Wenhu, a management teacher from the Haibei Class of Binzhou No. 1 Middle School in Shandong Province, told reporters.

Due to the relatively backward economic development in Qinghai Province, there are problems such as insufficient educational resources and relatively weak teachers in Tibet-related areas.

To this end, the province has continuously improved the conditions for running schools in Tibet-related areas, improved the level of teachers, and realized the "study dreams" of children in Tibet-related areas through "intellectual assistance" such as running classes in different places.

"We have a total of 120 children studying in Binzhou No. 1 Middle School, of which 40 are senior high school students. The high-quality teaching resources and platform in Binzhou, Shandong have improved our children in all aspects. The teachers are very confident in them. The children also worked very hard, saying that they will have no regrets only after they have worked hard." Li Wenhu said.

According to Ma Qinghai, director of the Haibei Prefecture Educational Examination Service Center, in 2012, Haibei’s first non-local ethnic high school was opened in the secondary school affiliated to Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences; in 2013, the Haibei non-local general high school was opened in Weihai, Shandong; in 2015, Shandong counterpart support The four cities of Haibei Prefecture have opened ordinary high school classes in different places in Haibei, with 160 students enrolled each year.

By 2020, a total of 1,040 students will be enrolled in Haibei high school classes in Shandong Province.

Since 2016, 561 students have successfully graduated five times, 87% of the candidates have exceeded the key line, 97% of the candidates have exceeded the undergraduate line, and 100% of the candidates have entered the university campus.

Speaking of interviewing students preparing for the exam, Ma Qinghai declined the reporter: "The exam will be tomorrow, so students should not interview. We don't want anything to affect the children. Please understand."

On the other side, Peng Mao Cairang, a Tibetan teacher from the Haibei Nationalities Class of the High School Affiliated to Chongqing University of Arts and Science, who returned to Qinghai on May 31, accompanied the four candidates.

"On the third day we came back, we started to prepare for the exam. Every morning 40 students started studying in Xihai Town, Qilian, and Gangcha. Two teachers from Chongqing came back with us," he said.

"After coming back these few days, our three teachers gathered the children in three places to keep them in good condition. Today is the last day. As a class teacher, I have seen the hard work of the children in the past three years. These children are simple and simple. I also want to work harder on their way to school." said Xiao Chengwei, a teacher at the High School Affiliated to Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences.

Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, Qinghai Province has successively held Qinghai non-local general high school classes (secondary vocational classes) in 27 schools in 12 provinces and cities including Liaoning, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan, and Chongqing. , Have successively built Sanjiangyuan Ethnic Middle School, Yushu Haidong Middle School, Xining Guoluo Middle School and other schools in the eastern part of the province to recruit students from ethnic regions and create convenient conditions for minority students to grow into talents.

In the fall of 2020, Qinghai Province sent a total of more than 3,800 high school (junior high school) students from six prefectures inside and outside the province. Up to now, the scale of schools and classes in different places within and outside the province has reached 11,900.

At 11:30 at noon, Peng Mao asked his students to surround him with mock test papers.

"Teacher, is this answer accurate?" "Teacher, can you tell me about this question again"...

The eager eyes of the students made Peng Mao feel both happy and worried.

He closed the examination papers, pointed to the textbook and said to the children: "The usual study is enough. Now the task is to relax and not be anxious. The knowledge in your stomach depends on the usual accumulation. Now you are lacking in your stomach. Grandma’s milk tea.” After that, everyone laughed loudly. I don’t know who shouted: “Let’s go, let’s drink milk tea first. Drink milk tea and get a good score.” (End)
