  After the accident, the main leaders of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued instructions respectively.

The Hebi City Government launched an emergency response plan and established a rescue headquarters.

  Two days after the accident, the official website of the Hebi City People's Government reported on the 6th that the accident had caused 4 deaths and 4 lost contact as of 18:00 on June 6.
