According to police and fire departments, a train and a car collided at a railroad crossing near Toyoharu Station on the Tobu Noda Line in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, at around 10:25 am on the 5th.

According to the fire department, there are one adult and two children in the car, and all three are injured.



According to Tobu Railway, the train that collided with the car departed from Funabashi Station at 9:13 am and was a 6-car express train heading for Omiya Station, which is very close to the station when passing through Toyoharu Station. It means that he collided with a car at a railroad crossing.


The train has not derailed.



Due to this accident, the Tobu Noda Line has suspended operation on the up and down lines between Iwatsuki Station and Kasukabe Station.
