  The winner of the Highest Honor Award for Lifetime Achievement is Lu Jingwen, who has the reputation of "the father of Hong Kong opera"; and the famous film director Xu Guanwen, the well-known novel writer Yi Shu, and the famous theater director, actor and drama educator Deng Shurong also won Awarded the Outstanding Artistic Contribution Award.

  On the same day, the Chief Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Zhang Jianzong served as the officiating guest and said in a speech that the cultural and art industry is one of the industries that have been severely impacted under the epidemic, and many performances cannot be held as usual.

The SAR government provided subsidies to the industry under the Epidemic Prevention and Anti-epidemic Fund, benefiting more than 940 art groups and art projects, and 7,400 practitioners, with a total subsidy of more than 200 million Hong Kong dollars.

He hopes that under the premise of preventing and controlling the epidemic, the industry can resume holding live performances one after another.
