　　On June 4, a press conference on flood prevention and disaster relief work in Hunan Province was held in Changsha.

According to Li Dajian, director of the Hunan Provincial Emergency Management Department, multiple rounds of rainfall since the flood season have caused more than 2,245,900 people in 119 counties and municipalities in Hunan to be affected to varying degrees, with a direct economic loss of about 3.05 billion yuan.

In order to survive the floods safely, Hunan has reserved 910 million yuan in emergency supplies and equipment, and deployed more than 320,000 emergency teams.
