Philippe Vandel receives director Eric Lavaine on Friday in “Culture Médias” for his film “Un tour chez ma fille”, sequel to “Retour chez ma fille”, which will be released on June 16.

He remembers his career at Canal +, and more particularly his work on the famous "H" series, with Jamel Debbouze and Eric and Ramzy.

"When I worked at Canal +, I was mainly responsible for the

H

series

", remembers Eric Lavaine at the microphone of Europe 1. "It was another time, since I was what we called artistic director. Today, it looks more like a showrunner. I took care of the lyrics, the set, we had to manage Eric and Ramzy ... It was a crazy job! "

"We had crazy freedom"

The director has fond memories of his work on this series.

He also believes that we could no longer do a similar program today.

"We did not realize the unimaginable luck that we had and this crazy freedom, which we perhaps have a little less today," he regrets.
