Zeng Yuexiong, a second-level inspector of the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau, said at a press conference held on the evening of the 30th that Shenzhen implements closed-loop management of the entire process of port epidemic prevention and control, and implements measures such as "centralized accommodation" for boarding operators.
At present, all port areas in Shenzhen have implemented closed management through the construction of temporary board houses, concentrated residences, and special car transfers in the port areas.
In the whole port area of Shenzhen Port, trailer drivers who enter and exit the port must register their personnel information, scan the code for testing, and show the health code. They must not get off the vehicle after entering the port area.
With regard to the prevention of imports in Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border transportation, Shenzhen implements closed-loop operations for cross-border cargo drivers after entering the country.
These include strengthening the management of cross-border cargo transportation drivers; continuing to carry out work on site epidemic prevention and control, personnel vaccination, and early warning and handling of abnormal operations; and testing and promoting cross-border truck transportation management service systems.
In terms of preventing import of imported cold-chain cargo transportation, Shenzhen has comprehensively strengthened the management of imported cold-chain cargo transportation, and implemented the requirements of full coverage of regular nucleic acid testing by employees, full coverage of cargo transportation process supervision, and full coverage of container transportation process airtightness.
At the same time, we will strengthen the normalized epidemic prevention and control in urban public transportation fields such as buses, taxis, and subways.
In terms of aviation defense input, Zeng Yuexiong said that at present, Shenzhen Airport has about 11 international flights per week on average, and about 40 international cargo (including passenger-to-cargo) flights.
Shenzhen will centrally isolate passengers and crew members of international flights and implement closed-loop management throughout the entire process.
