After almost ten months in the post as Social Democrats' party chairman, Håkan Juholt resigned on 21 January 2012 after several scandals, declining opinion figures and harsh internal criticism.

Five years later, he was given a new assignment, as Sweden's ambassador to Iceland.

This is where filmmaker Tom Alandh meets him in the documentary.

Criticizes the harsh media tone

Håkan Juholt remembers, among other things, the media portrayals of him during his time as party leader.

In the clip above, for example, there are parts from SVT's comedy program "Robins" where Juholt's appearance is compared to a raccoon.

- Those who expressed it in that way, they felt that "we only get to him by ridiculing him", he says.
