After several days of rain, the last Sunday in May, which is still Sunday, has clear skies.

Long sleeves will feel a bit hot during the day, with the temperature rising rapidly in the strong sunlight, the highest daytime temperature in Seoul rising to 27 degrees and Gwangju to a whopping 28 degrees.

But the clear sky is short-lived, and loud rain clouds come again.

It will rain in most parts of the country at night, starting in the west in the afternoon, but it will develop strongly as air of two different qualities meets from the West Sea and receives supply from the sea and water vapor.

Up to 100mm or more is expected on the west coast of southern Gyeonggi-do and the west coast of South Chungcheong Province, and up to 50mm of rain is expected in the southern metropolitan areas such as Seoul and Chungcheong.

Most of this rain will end on Monday morning, but after that, on Tuesday and Thursday, rain news is heard again mainly in the central region.
