5,000 spectators took part on Friday in the test concert provided by Etienne de Crécy and Indochine.

But if they could dance close together, they still had to keep their masks on.

Not enough, however, to shower the enthusiasm of these private fans of concerts for a year.

REPORTAGE

Friday evening, the AccorHotels Arena in Paris-Bercy looked like the world before.

5,000 attended the first test concert provided by DJ Etienne de Crécy and the Indochine group.

2h30 of eagerly awaited show in front of a tight but masked audience.

And in the room, the participants were happy to rediscover the sensations of live.

Because the post-concert euphoria, the 5,000 volunteers had not felt it for a year.

In the pit of the arena of Bercy, they were therefore standing, glued-tight, some perched on the shoulders of their friends, singing the words of Indochina.

Celebration.

"It's great to see people again"

It almost felt like a real concert.

And yet, all this was only a gigantic test, with the mask still required.

This spectator interviewed by Europe 1 has also seen the limits of the device.

"With the mask, it's very weird, because we want to scream, to be in the moment, but we have the impression of not being able to express everything we want to express", she confides.

"But it's great to see people again, to dance, to party with loud music, it's great", she enthuses however.

The performance of the Indochine group was preceded by that of DJ Etienne de Crécy in the role of the driver.

And during downtime, messages broadcast in the mouth called on spectators to keep their masks.

"An extraordinary atmosphere", for Roselyne Bachelot

Present on site, the Minister of Health Olivier Véran and that of Culture Roselyne Bachelot showed their satisfaction.

"There was really an enthusiasm, a joy, a happiness to find the standing concert which was a pleasure to see", reacted the latter at the microphone of Europe 1, with "the joy of being in this extraordinary atmosphere".

In addition, she added, this test concert is for her "a formidable tool to build the protocols which will make it possible to reconnect with these standing concerts".
