The trial of Amr Adib for insulting and slandering Muhammad Ramadan .. Postponed until July 12

Today, Saturday, an Egyptian court decided to postpone the trial of journalist Amr Adib, accused of insulting and defaming the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, until the 12th July session.

In his lawsuit - according to Egyptian media outlets - Muhammad Ramadan is demanding compensation of 100,000 pounds for damages caused to him by Amr Adib's attack on him in an episode of his program "The Story" criticizing Muhammad Ramadan after publishing the "money" video that the artist published after losing a case. Pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yasser.

The lawsuit, in which the ruling of Sheikh Zayed Misdemeanor Court was postponed, added that Amr Adeeb threatened Muhammad Ramadan through his media platform, with the intention of undermining his reputation and honor.

It is noteworthy that Amr Adeeb and Muhammad Ramadan entered into verbal altercations after Ramadan published a video, which Adeeb considered a mockery of the court ruling issued against Muhammad Ramadan forcing him to pay six million pounds in compensation to the pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yasser, who was recently deported.
