Yoon Yeo-jung, the first Korean actor to receive the Best Supporting Actress Award at the American Academy Awards this year, received the'Proud Ewha In Award' from her alma mater, Ewha Girls' High School.



On the morning of the 28th, Yoon Yeo-jung won the'Proud Ewha Person Award' at the 135th anniversary of Ewha Girls' High School, held online on the morning of the 28th. The'Proud Ewha-in' is an award given to alumni who have shown outstanding abilities in their major field or have made distinct achievements.



The plaque was received by former LG Arts Center CEO Yoon Yeo-soon, a younger brother and alumni who attended the ceremony on behalf of Yoon Yeo-jung.



Through the video, Yeo-Jung Yoon said, "I'm sorry for not being able to attend. I'm sorry I couldn't recover my body, so I greet you with a video."



He said, "I had a pride of myself. I came out of Ewha Girls' High School. The eternal proud Ewhain in my heart is Yu Gwan-soon's senior. It hurts when I think of Yu Gwan-soon, who has become an unfortunate, proud Ewhain in the history that I have done."



Yoon Yeo-jung said, "I am so grateful and happy that I can receive an award in a good world because I have such a great senior."



Yoon Yeo-jung graduated from Ewha Girls' High School in 1966.
