Fukui Prefecture announced on the 29th that two men in their 20s and 40s in Tsuruga City were newly confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
This brings the number of infected people in the prefecture to 1037.
Fukui Prefecture has issued an "infection spread warning" by the deadline of the 4th of next month and continues to call for infection countermeasures such as thorough wearing of masks.
