Zhang Bin, member of the Standing Committee of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Yunnan Province, said at the opening ceremony that this "Flower Art Tourism Cultural Festival" will lay a solid foundation for more competitive industry cooperation between the two cities.

At the same time, it is hoped that Lhasa and Kunming will continue to maintain close ties, strengthen cooperation, and open a new path of integrated development.

It is understood that the creation of this theme flower exhibition is inspired by the social development, ethnic customs, culture and art of Tibet, combined with the background of the times, the flower exhibition and the live performance of ethnic songs and dances held in the same period of the Tibetan travel mandala. The design concept of "historical and cultural composition, folklore writing, and flower interpretation" creates a variety of three-dimensional flower landscape modeling groups.
