Hyogo Prefecture announced on the 28th that it was newly confirmed that 94 people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
This is the second time this month that the number of infected people announced on the 1st in the prefecture has fallen below 100, following the 24th.
The total number of infected people in Hyogo prefecture was 39,480.
Hyogo Prefecture also announced on the 28th that 10 people who had been infected with the new coronavirus were confirmed dead.
The number of people who died from infection in Hyogo prefecture was 1,158.
