Christophe Dechavanne is back on television (but not on TF1)

It has been two years since we last saw him leading a television show.

Wednesday evening, Christophe Dechavanne was invited from

to announce that he would soon take over the reins of

, confirming information from

unveiled earlier today.

Its premiere will be broadcast on Monday June 14 on C8, replacing

.

"I'm going to make 25 friends," he said on Cyril Hanouna's show, talking about future candidates. It's a very nice game and it really leaves room to be with people. Since that's what I like to do, it's cool, I'm very happy. However, Christophe Dechavanne's experience on the show should not last very long, at least for now, since the host has suggested that the broadcast should not be spread over more than two weeks. “First we kiss each other and we'll see afterwards,” he said.

The game had a first version from 2004 to 2010 with Arthur on TF1 then was taken over by Julien Courbet in 2014 and 2015 on C8.

Five years later, Cyril Hanouna decided to revive the show, this time live, and with the help of Valérie Bénaïm on Fridays.
