In daily life, "laughing gas" is used as a food processing agent, can be used to make foods such as flowers on cakes, and is widely used as an anesthetic in the medical field.

In recent years, some criminals have begun to sell "laughing gas" as a substitute for drugs for ingestion.

  It is understood that inhaling "laughing gas" can cause hypoxia in the human body, which may cause high blood pressure, syncope, and even heart attack. Long-term exposure to such gas can also cause anemia and central nervous system damage. It is easy to form mental dependence and is extremely harmful. .

In 2015, "laughing gas" has been included in my country's "Dangerous Chemicals Catalog" supervision.

In late March, the anti-drug brigade of the Dongcheng Public Security Bureau discovered that someone illegally operated "laughing gas" through express logistics and other transportation methods.

  In response, the Dongcheng police quickly set up a task force to investigate and successfully targeted the man named Tian who was suspected of illegally operating "laughing gas".

Subsequently, Tian and Yu were arrested and brought to justice in Shimen Village, Chaoyang District, and more than 15,000 pieces of "laughing gas" were seized on the spot.

  Upon review, the two criminal suspects confessed to trafficking in "laughing gas" through express logistics channels and were detained by the police on suspicion of illegal business operations.

  The Beijing police reminded the general public, especially the youth groups, to clearly understand the dangers of "laughing gas", raise awareness of anti-drug resistance, and effectively identify the "disguised drugs" around them, such as "milk tea", "rainbow smoke" and "jumping "Sugar" and other new psychoactive substances that have similar or stronger hallucinogenic and narcotic effects to controlled drugs.

The whole people reject drugs, "do not be curious, do not try, do not abuse", and consciously resist new psychoactive substances.
