It lasted 7 days. 16 medical expert volunteers from all over the country and 34 Tibetan-speaking volunteers from Tibet performed operations on 85 children with cleft lip and palate. Before screening and surgical treatment, the farthest child was from Alipuran County, and it took 4 days to drive to Lhasa.

When I came to Tibet this time, professional speech therapists performed speech correction therapy for 6 children who had undergone surgical treatment. After just a few days of treatment, the children’s pronunciation had improved a lot. At the end of the activity, the children We also learned a Tibetan song.

I think that during this trip to Tibet, I really feel it will be particularly deep, because I think medical restrictions, as well as all aspects of transportation (restrictions).

So they don't actually understand these, but the requirements and goals for children's treatment are actually the same.

This time we came, many parents, during our first day of screening, many parents told me how my children can speak more clearly.

I am very happy to come over again, but I am actually a little sad, but I think they can recover better.

After they have done the operation, we will do the language training, then our children are really returning to ordinary children, they are normal children.
