Knife up, knife down, cooking, arranging, reviewing... Recently, Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi'an, Shaanxi staged a feast of taste buds and vision.

Twelve students from different colleges left the classrooms and laboratories, put down their penholders and experimental tools, picked up kitchen knives and spatulas, and turned into "campus cooks" in the back of the canteen, and experienced Chinese food culture with their own work.
