Free coffee for those with Corona vaccine in Iraq

A local coffee shop in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, offers free coffee to its customers who have been vaccinated against the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19).

This is in an effort to spread awareness about the importance of getting the vaccine in light of the increasing number of infections.

The Café and Book cafe tries to address the state of skepticism and fear of the vaccine spread in Iraq, considering that the vaccine is the "only weapon" currently available to confront the pandemic.

A sign at the entrance to the café read, "I got the vaccine ???. Your coffee is on our account !!!. Thank you for helping to end the virus."

As soon as a client or café client shows a photo of his vaccination card, he gets a free mug of coffee.
