Hong Kong warns it will destroy millions of doses of "Corona" vaccine

Hong Kong authorities warned today that they may have to destroy millions of doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccines because they are nearing their expiration date and not enough people have come forward to receive them.

The former British colony is one of the few places in the world that could afford to buy enough potion to vaccinate all of its 7.5 million inhabitants.

However, the vaccination campaign did not achieve the desired success for several reasons.

The most important of these are the presence of severe suspicion among the population, lack of awareness, and the relatively common feeling that there is no need to receive the vaccine, and the absence of incentive measures.
