On May 24, a reporter from China News Agency visited the cave where the shepherd Zhu Keming rescued the 6 team members.

The cave dwelling is 2202 meters above sea level and is an abandoned cave dwelling of the original production team of Changsheng Village.

Zhu Keming used to herd sheep in this area before, and also put clothes, bedding and dry food in the cave.

On May 22, an accident occurred in the 100-kilometer cross-country marathon held in Jingtai County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province.

Affected by abrupt and extreme weather, hail, freezing rain, and severe winds occurred in the high-altitude stage between 20 kilometers and 31 kilometers, and the temperature dropped sharply.

Zhu Keming came to the cave to shelter from the rain. After hearing someone calling for help outside the cave, he went out to take the participating players into the cave, put quilts on them and set firewood to warm them.

After heating up, the physical strength of the 6 players in the cave gradually recovered.

At the same time, rescuers also arrived at the cave dwelling.
