M6 launches Monday evening the eighth season of its show "Patron incognito" with Nicolas de Bronac, founder of Sequoia dry cleaners.

"At first, I was terrified. But I made a few phone calls to bosses who had already been on the show to ask them how they felt about this experience. They were all ecstatic," reveals Nicolas de Bronac at the microphone of Europe 1. The show takes a long time, 15 days of filming, but they all told me that it was a fantastic experience which had enabled them to improve their business. "

A boss moved to tears

Because Nicolas de Bronac makes one observation: it is very difficult to really know how his employees are doing and how to improve the health of his company.

"Every time I go to a store and ask if everything is fine, the answer is always the same: 'Yes, everything is fine'. And it's the same in all the clubs in the world," he regrets. -he.

"This show is the only way you can really get to the heart of your business."

Nicolas de Bronac therefore worked incognito with several employees of his stores, before revealing his true identity at the end of the program.

"These are fantastic encounters with our employees, so yes the emotion is overflowing", confides Nicolas de Bronac.

"And when I'm moved, I shed a little tear."

If the show's teams expect the bosses to have oversight, Nicolas de Bronac guarantees that he has not requested any changes, even when his business is not shown in its best light.
