The Hohhot People’s Procuratorate’s indictment alleges: From March 2012 to September 2014, the defendant Song Yunshan and others successively used six companies including Ordos Shengxiong Coal Transportation and Sales Co., Ltd. to fabricate false loan reasons, use false economic contracts and With supporting documents, repeated guarantees exceeding the value of the collateral, etc., a total of more than 645 million yuan was applied to the Hohhot branch of China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd.
Up to now, there are still more than 623 million yuan of the six loan subjects that have not been repaid.
The procuratorate accused the defendants Song Yunshan and Song Zhongshan of defrauding bank loans of more than 623 million yuan. The amount was extremely large and should be held criminally responsible for the crime of loan fraud; the defendant Fan Xin and other four persons obtained bank loans by deception, which caused particularly serious damage to the bank. For losses, criminal responsibility should be investigated for the crime of obtaining loans by fraud.
