With the continued snowfall, the temperature in Mohe City gradually dropped. In the early morning of the 23rd, the local minimum temperature dropped to 0.3°C, a drop of 2°C from the same period last year.
The continuous rain and snow weather caused water and ice floes on the roads of Mohe City. Tourists and local residents who went out put on cotton-padded clothes to resist the cold.
