The Dehong Border Management Detachment of Yunnan Province reported on May 19 that the Jile Border Police Station of the Dehong Group uncovered a case of "consigning" drugs using GPS satellite locators, arrested 3 criminal suspects, seized 3 GPS locators and was involved in the case. One vehicle seized 18.12 kilograms of methamphetamine.

At the beginning of May, the police from the Jiele border police station learned during their work that Jia Mou, a man from Hubei, had frequent contacts with overseas personnel and was suspicious.

After obtaining the clues, the institute immediately dispatched police to investigate Jia.

On May 8, the police discovered that Jia, without the knowledge of the owner of the truck, came to hide something under a truck, and then drove away in a hurry.

The police immediately inspected the truck and seized 18.12 kg of methamphetamine and 2 GPS locators on the bottom of the truck.

Subsequently, the police arrested Jia and Qi, the suspect in charge of the lookout.

According to the interrogation, after Jia and Qi obtained drugs from Yang, they attempted to install GPS locators on large trucks to transport the drugs to the mainland for sale.

Subsequently, the police arrested the suspect Yang on the spot in a rented house in Ruili City, and seized a GPS locator used to receive signals.

At present, the case is being further processed.
