Attack the Block

will be entitled to a sequel.

The 2011 film, directed and written by Joe Cornish, will see John Boyega reprise the role that revealed him, that of Moses.

As of yet, no plot details have been revealed, but it's already known to be in active development.

The story of the first film follows Moses and his gang, as they must defend themselves from an invasion of aliens who land in their south London neighborhood.

John Boyega, who has become an international star since playing Finn in the third

Star Wars

trilogy

, stood out with his fiery portrayal of Moses.

Favorite character

While it had been very well received by critics,

Attack the Block

had not wowed the crowds upon its release, bringing in only half of its £ 8million budget at the box office, but it did imposed over the years as a cult film.

And while John Boyega is today an essential star, he seems to have kept a particular attachment to this singular work.

The actor therefore decided to produce this new component.

 came out and so much has changed since then.

I can't wait to see this story return to the streets of London.
