2019 was the first time since 1975 that the Netherlands won the Eurovision Song Contest.

After this year's edition of the competition was canceled, this year is the first time that many Dutch people get to experience ESC in their home country.

Also with an audience in the arena.

- We hope we get to dance, because everyone here has tested negative for Covid, says a schlager-clad festival visitor from the Netherlands.
