China News Service, Hong Kong, May 18 (Reporter Zeng Ping) The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, met with the media before attending an executive meeting on the 18th, saying that the "Easy Return to Hong Kong" program for Hong Kong residents living in the Mainland to return to Hong Kong without quarantine has been implemented for nearly half a year. It has also been extended to provinces and cities outside Guangdong. The "Easy to Hong Kong" plan to relax the quarantine arrangements for non-Hong Kong residents to enter Hong Kong will first be piloted in Guangdong and hope to be launched in May.

Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said that the Hong Kong epidemic is currently very stable. The mainland epidemic is also very stable except for occasional local cases in some places. Therefore, the two places are able to continue to implement relatively relaxed arrangements for the restoration of personnel exchanges, especially for people arriving from the mainland.
