  This set of cultural relics was handwritten by Xiao Zhongxian and Xiao Zubi, students of the Lin'an Prefectural Police Academy in Yunnan in the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty, in 1909. The importance of this set of cultural relics lies in the fact that it is relatively old and well-preserved, such as There are nine books such as "Public International Law", "Health Essentials", "Policing Essentials", "Custom Police" and "Detective Essentials".
