  The report pointed out: At 20:11 on May 16, our bureau received a 110 instruction: a car rushed into the river at the head of the Jialing River.

After receiving the police, the Economic and Technological Development Division of the Public Security Bureau of Deyang City immediately assigned the police to the scene for disposal, and at the same time coordinated the emergency fire department to carry out search and rescue work. The rescuers found two drowning men in the car, but the two had no vital signs. The vehicle that fell into the river has been salvaged ashore.
