Lujia Village is located in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The village covers an area of 16.7 square kilometers and 5 miles. There are more than 2,000 villagers.
It used to be a poor village guarding the green hills.
In recent years, Lujia Village has been guided by the important idea of “Green Mountain is Golden Mountain and Silver Mountain”, launched the country’s first family farm cluster and demonstration area, and made every effort to develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism. Lujia Village’s collective assets have been less than 300,000 in 2011. The annual income of the village collective economy increased from 18,000 yuan to 5.72 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers increased from 14,700 yuan to 47,100 yuan.
It was rated as one of the top ten well-off villages in the country, the first batch of national rural industrial integration development demonstration parks and the national rural revitalization demonstration villages.
