China News Service, Macau, May 15th (Reporter Long Tuyou) To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the "Fighting for New China-Photo Exhibition of Soong Ching Ling's Deeds" was co-sponsored by the Shanghai Sun Yat-sen Soong Ching Ling Cultural Relics Management Committee and the Macao Soong Ching Ling Foundation ", opened at the Carmo Hall in Macau on the 15th.

  Xu Mang, Director of the Taiwan Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Macao Central Committee, Liang Huimin, Acting Director of the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, and Ni Yifei, Director of the Shanghai Sun Yat-sen Soong Ching Ling Cultural Relics Management Committee, attended the opening ceremony.

  The exhibition is centered on the theme of Soong Ching Ling’s “Struggle for the New China”. The content is divided into three parts: “To Build a New China”, “To Build a New China”, and “Building a Friendship Bridge to the World”. There are more than 150 precious pictures on display. There are more than 20 documents, telling the audience the glorious deeds of Soong Ching Ling's struggle for New China.

  The organizer said that this exhibition not only cherishes Soong Ching Ling's patriotic enthusiasm and noble demeanor for the country's independence and prosperity and human development and progress, but also tells the development process of New China from the unique perspective of Soong Ching Ling's struggle for New China.

I hope to take this opportunity to expand patriotic publicity and education, enhance cultural exchanges between Shanghai and Macao, and cultivate the patriotic and Australian sentiments of Macao youths.

  The exhibition is open to the public free of charge from now until June 15th.
