  Cai Ruolian pointed out that Hong Kong's national security education is not a "one-day work, one-school thing". It requires the joint efforts of the government, families, schools, and society to train students to be patriotic and law-abiding, and to contribute to the development of the country.

She said that the Education Bureau of the Special Administrative Region Government will fully cooperate with the national and national security education work, such as adding the concept of national security to the teaching materials, explaining the connection between different subjects and courses and the concept of national security, and organizing related activities both inside and outside the class.
