1. Temporarily close cultural, sports and recreational places that are not necessary for life in the medium-risk areas, and will naturally recover after adjusting to low-risk areas.
2. Strengthen the management of personnel entry and exit in medium-risk areas.
If a person in a risky area outside of the country must come to the area, they must report to the place or unit in advance and show a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours.
3. Strengthen the investigation, prevention and control of key places, key industries, and key personnel, and strictly implement normalized prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, and wearing masks.
Encourage the general public to earnestly improve their own protection awareness and implement personal protection measures.
4. Strengthen the prevention and control of hospital infections in medical institutions, further play the role of 30 fever clinics and 106 primary-level fever sentinel clinics as "outposts", and strengthen the management of fever patients; 100% of fever patients carry out nucleic acid testing in fever clinics and fever sentinel clinics; Medical institutions that do not have fever clinics and fever sentinel clinics, especially community hospitals, village clinics, and individual clinics, are not allowed to accept patients with fever.
5. Make every effort to ensure the livelihood of residents in middle-risk areas and those in quarantine.
Strengthen the standardized training of infection prevention and control and service personnel in centralized isolation sites, carry out food safety inspections, and resolutely eliminate food safety problems.
6. Continue to carry out risk investigation of cold chain food and imported goods, strengthen nucleic acid testing of environmental and employees, and do a good job in prevention and control of epidemics at the source, production, market, and consumption ends.
7. Nursing homes, welfare homes and other places shall be closed for management, and the non-essential non-visiting system shall be implemented. If a visit is really needed, the visit must be carried out with a negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours; the personnel in the hospital shall regularly conduct nucleic acid testing as required.
8. Strengthen the duty of all relevant departments throughout the city, the main leaders are on duty, and information such as flow adjustment, sampling, and testing shall be reported once an hour.
