This weekend, basketball player Kobe Bryant will be inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame as one of the world's greatest basketball stars.

But it is not just in sports that Bryant has tried to make a career.

Recently, the album Visions was leaked on the internet.

An unreleased rap album from the year 2000 with 16 tracks was signed by the now legendary basketball player Kobe Bryant.

The album is a product of record company manager Steve Stoute's success in creating a successful and platinum award-winning music career with basketball player Shaquille O´Neal.

In 1999, he wanted to do the same with Kobe Bryant.

They signed a contract and Stoute moved Bryan to New Jersey to put him on the New York rap scene.

Star-studded line-up of guest artists

In 2000, Bryant released his first and so far only officially released single, KOBE, along with supermodel Tyra Banks.

But due to poor sales figures, they chose not to release the rest of the album.

It is only now that the world has been able to take part in 16 of Kobe Bryant's self-written songs, after the album was leaked on the internet.

But it's not just Bryant you can hear on the album.

In addition to the previously mentioned Tyra Banks, you can also take part in guest appearances by legendary rappers such as 50 Cent, Nas, Beanie Sigel and Black Thought as well as the R&B group Destiny's Child.

Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash in 2020, aged 41.
