The garage rock band Mad Foxes, which comes from Nantes, still has only a few thousand plays on streaming platforms but is likely to go viral.

The famous American presenter Jimmy Fallon invited them to his show, the "Tonight Show", after falling in love with their music.

"And here are the Mad Foxes!".

It's cheerful that Jimmy Fallon, famous American presenter of The

Tonight Show

introduced a live session of the Nantes group Mad Foxes during his show.

It addresses millions of viewers every evening, they only have a handful of listenings on streaming platforms.

But one day, Jimmy Fallon overheard them on the radio.

"I heard this band and loved it. They are really fantastic," he said before their visit.

It's hard to imagine a better media exposure for the three friends of Mad Foxes.

"At first, we thought it was a hoax, really", laughs Lucas Bonfils, the singer of the group, at the microphone of Europe 1. "It's so nice that a man as important as him remains so simple and choose to broadcast us when we are really very small for the moment, "he adds.

A real boost

This passage on an American talk show is a real boost for

Ashamed

, the band's second album, released on April 30.

"It was the best possible promo. We have quadrupled listening compared to before our passage on the platforms and also on the views of our clip. It's been super fun," he describes, happy.

For now, the group is only scheduled in small venues in France in the fall, in front of a hundred spectators, no more. However, this unexpected success makes them want to look much further.
