7 people injured in a pavilion collapsed due to heavy rain in Changshan, Zhejiang

  The reporter learned from the relevant departments of Quzhou City, Zhejiang that at around 14:40 on May 10, affected by strong convective weather, a pavilion near Quanmushan Village, Zhaoxian Town, Changshan County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province collapsed, and a total of 7 people sheltering from the rain were trapped.

After receiving the police, 45 firefighting officers and fighters from the Quzhou Fire Rescue Detachment rushed to the scene to start the rescue. 7 people were successfully rescued, 4 of whom were seriously injured. The injured are still being treated in the hospital.

  As of 0:00 on May 11, a total of 149 weather warning signals such as strong winds, thunder and lightning, heavy rain, and hail have been issued across Zhejiang Province.

According to the Zhejiang Meteorological Observatory, on the 11th, there will be overcast showers or thunderstorms in northern Zhejiang and central and western Zhejiang such as Huzhou, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Quzhou, and Lishui, some moderate to heavy rains, and local heavy rains; other areas are cloudy to overcast with partial showers or thunderstorms. .

Among them, thunderstorms in central and southern Zhejiang are locally accompanied by strong winds of 8 to 10 thunderstorms.
