To continue talking about personality knowledge, this article and future articles review four groups of personality according to the Personality Types Test, which was established by Catherine Briggs and her mother, Isabel Myers, in 1917, and which was revised based on research by Carl Jung, published in 1923, and to this day. This test is still effective, and the countries of the world rely on it, even in the military sector, to determine the types of characters. According to the test, people are divided into four groups of characters, each group consisting of four patterns that accurately describe the strengths and weaknesses of each type.

The four groups of characters are: analysts, diplomats, organizers and explorers.

The first group (the analysts) contains four types of personalities, the first of which is the personality of the "interlocutor", a person who loves intellectual debate and debate just for the sake of discussion, as he finds pleasure in it, even if there is no goal of this discussion or argument, the debate in itself constitutes An intellectual pleasure for this character, and he is in constant pursuit of acquiring knowledge and learning, and his method for that is dialogue and challenge the prevailing ideas, and at the same time the interlocutor can come up with innovative ideas, and it is very useful when the need to change the existing work systems, and think outside the box, and this pattern is formed. Of the characters, about 3% of the world's population.

The interlocutor may be a disturbing person and hurt others with arguments, and sometimes he does not respect the general context, such as questioning or challenging his boss at work in front of the rest of the employees, without regard for any cultural or social considerations. With this type of persona.

The second type in the group of analysts is the "leader", and he is a natural leader who has charisma, self-confidence and authority, not necessarily a formal authority by virtue of the position. The leader is fully convinced of his ability to accomplish any work or task as long as the capabilities are available.

The happiness of leaders and their satisfaction with themselves lies in accomplishing tasks, having the ability to think strategically, and succeed as entrepreneurs, and they have the ability to push others to accomplish and accomplish tasks as well.

They love challenges and always have the ability to succeed in negotiations, but the personality of the leader is characterized by extreme rationality that may overwhelm the feelings and the human side, and thus they may cause injury or pain to others, and they do not care much for that, and they may not even realize that they caused anyone's pain. In the case of that group, he says, "I do not care about your opinion or what you say about me, as long as I am convinced of what I do and do it efficiently." That category is Steve Jobs, Margaret Thatcher, and also these people make up 3% of the world's population, and the rest of the conversation.
